Turkey Avocado Burrito Wrap With Oscar Mayer Selects Natural

I may have already mentioned that this year, one of my goals is to get in better shape through exercise, better sleep and proper diet. It sounds cliche, but then again, there’s really no way around it; you have to be active, get rest and pay attention to what you eat. I’ve attempted this before, and although it wasn’t a complete fail, I feel like I could have done better. In the past I participated in fitness programs that consisted of a work-out plan and a guide to better eating – the hardest task for me was the diet portion of course! I had to make such a significant change in my existing diet to the point where it got so overwhelming and I just ended up quitting.

So what am I doing different this time around? For starters, I am now seeking the advice of personal trainers. Second, I’ve made minor changes in my daily routine that has allowed me to get more quality sleep. And third, you guessed it, I’ve made an effort to be more conscious with the foods I eat. I am now looking at ingredients, contents and nutrition facts during my grocery trips.

I recently discovered Oscar Mayer Selects Natural. Oscar Mayer Selects Natural is made with no artificial ingredients, and is minimally processed. It contains no artificial preservatives, no artificial flavors, no artificial colors, no gluten and no by-products, so it’s a great change to what we typically purchase at the store. My kids and I love sandwiches so I usually purchase Oscar Mayer turkey breast for their lunch and some of our meals, but did you know you can create other recipes with these cold cuts aside from sandwiches?

Here is my creation, the Turkey Avocado Burrito Wrap With Oscar Mayer Selects Natural with Applewood Smoked Turkey Breast – delicious! You don’t need to give up the good taste to get good quality food. There are creative and amazing ways to prepare these products so that you and your family can find new ways to enjoy them.
