I know for some people living a busy life, working out is probably not always on their list of “to-do” things for the day. Or maybe they do want to workout but can’t find the time for it. For today’s Transformation Tuesday I will share one of my favorite workout routines that you can do in under 10 minutes.
Fitness Blender has come up with a quick workout for the abs — The 8 Minute Abs Workout Routine. Do this in the morning before you get ready for work or before the kids wake up to prepare for school. In just a little chunk of time you can burn between 30-50 calories. Remember, if you want the fit body you desire to have, you must have the time and determination to eat right and do regular workout sessions as well.
- 10 “W” leg raises
- 50-second plank
- 14 frog leg crunches
- 28 total of figure “4” leg raises (14 on each leg)
- 28 leg raise toe taps
- 28 diagonal jack knife crunch
- 35 standing toe touches
And you’re done! Do this quick routine every day and you’ll have flat or smaller abs in no time.
