Keto, Bulletprood Intermittent Fasting, drinking @Bulletproof Coffee EVERYDAY, and good ole’ fashioned strength and resistance training are what works!
Less water retention, swelling, and inflammation and lessened sugar and carb cravings.
This was about 10-days ago and now there’s definitely more waist definition and I’ve lost about 10lbs (and I’m 14lbs away from my same weight and size from 2014 when I went to Turks & Caicos to renew my vows). ⠀⠀
