They say it’s important to make a good first impression. Visual presentation catches our immediate attention including the food and beverages we consume. It shows how much detail and quality is put into what we are served, making them more appealing and enticing to eat. From the plates and glassware to the utensils and napkins – they all play an important role in our food’s visual appeal.
Being a foodie is a sort of sensuous experience. It’s not about eating, it’s about the experience of how it smells, how it looks, and how it tastes that matters. The visual presentation of food is important and nobody gets this concept more than a parent! Kids are the pickiest of eaters, and if it doesn’t have a fun design they complain about it. And grown-ups are no different. It may be the best tasting meal, but if the food arrives to you on a dirty dish, I bet you will probably have lost your desire to devour that meal.

The ultimate goal: to tempt our eyes and make foodies like myself want a taste! Cut strawberries and bananas into slices
Take your cup or stemless glassware and put a few spoonfuls of granola and smooth the layer
Create a new layer by putting a few spoonfuls of vanilla greek yogurt and smooth the layer
Next create a new layer by putting a few spoonfuls of granola and smooth the layer
Take a few pieces of sliced strawberries, bananas, and blueberries and place as the next layer
Then create a new layer by putting a few spoonfuls of vanilla greek yogurt and smooth the layer
Then create a new layer by putting a few spoonfuls of granola and smooth the layer
Fill the last layer with your desired amount of strawberries, bananas, and blueberries (your cup should almost be filled to the top of the cup by now)
Top with a swirl of fat-free whipped cream
