- Ricotta Cheese, Low-Fat 1/2 Cup
- Vanilla Extract 1/4 Tsp
- Stevia TO TASTE
- Raspberries* 1/4 Cup
*You can substitute Raspberries with Strawberries
Directions: Mix Ricotta Cheese, Vanilla Extract, and Stevia (to taste). Top with Raspberries (or Strawberries) – dice, if desired.
