Wet’n’Wild Las Vegas has something for everyone! We were daredevils and experienced the thrilling rush of the Tornado! And the Constrictor featured tight turns that were fast, steep and all twisted up. The Desert Racers was a steep and very tall slide (gulp), and oh my goodness, it was so fun! We also got to do the Zipp Zapp Zoom which the whole family enjoyed!
And for families who look for a more relaxing experience, there’s Paradise Falls, the interactive children’s area with kid friendly slides, a giant dumping bucket and warmer water. And no Wet’n’Wild experience is completing without relaxing through the Colorado Cooler Lazy River and the Red Rock Bay Wave Pool.
Another fun perk was the FREE sunscreen! Yup, Wet’n’Wild offers complimentary SPF 30 sunscreen to visitors.
The free sunscreen is a paraben-free, oxybenzone-free and waterproof blend. The broad-spectrum sunscreen fully protects skin against potentially harmful UV-A and UV-B rays, when applied and reapplied appropriately. So don’t worry if you forget your sunscreen at home, or need to conveniently reapply without interrupting the fun, they’re available to you within the park.
We appreciated all of the shaded areas, private cabanas, misting fans and all the fun choices of food (they have funnel cake!). After about four hours in, we took a break with snacks that included chicken strips with fries, churros, and funnel cake all while enjoying the music throughout the water park.
