Oh, Christmas tree, oh, Christmas treeeeeeee!!! Hi guys! When it comes to weaknesses and all things happy memories from my childhood, white chocolate and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups pretty much tops that list. Not just because I love chocolate and peanut butter, but because of the lovely holiday moments that remind me so much of why I love Christmas and quality family time.
So I put together some pretty fancy looking White Chocolate Christmas Tree treats that are a no bake recipe, baby! You get brownie points for making this look so good and for being so easy that the kids can join in the fun. You welcome. 🙂
White Chocolate Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Trees –
1 package of mini White Chocolate Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (I used a few of the regular mini PB cups for the bases of the trees but liked the look of the white better)
1 package of regular size Reese’s White Chocolate Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
1 bag of Hershey’s Peppermint Kisses
Wilton red icing gel
Green & red sprinkles for the Christmas Trees
White frosting
Directions –
#1. Open all the candy and discard the wrappers. You will need – 1 large PB cup, 2 mini PB cups and 1 Hershey’s Peppermint Kiss for every Christmas tree.
#2. Too make the base of the tree, spread some of the white frosting onto the top of one mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup. Turn it upside down and ‘attach’ it to the base of the tree (see photo).
#3. Next, add some white frosting to another Mini PB Cup top and place it in the middle of the tree, then you can attach the top – a Hershey’s Peppermint Kiss with more white frosting and there you have it, an adorable white Christmas tree!
Set the tree aside and repeat with the other candies until you run out.
#4. I placed my trees in the fridge for 30 minutes just to set and make sue they wouldn’t fall a part.
#5. After they set you can decorate with the red icing and sprinkle with the red & green sprinkles.
