This Natural Tea Product Gives Me The Natural Strength I Need

Well…here comes Winter and you know what that means. Here comes the crud. The crud is what I have decided to call the cold and flu season this year, because well, crud! For real though, it is out in full force and “ain’t nobody got time for that!” Am I right? Have you noticed it making its way to your area yet? How do you keep yourself feeling better and feeling more relaxed when the crud comes knocking at your door? I always try to stay hydrated and wash my hands often, but unfortunately that doesn’t always cut it.

A while back I went to Walmart to grab some household staples and I stocked up on my favorite Traditional Medicinal teas while I was there. I always try to keep the Traditional Medicinal Echinacea Plus tea on hand to sip on throughout the year to give my immune system a little extra boost! And although I haven’t developed the full blown flu, which is amazing considering how many of my friends and my kids’ friends have dealt with the cold and flu this year so far, I recently began feeling a little tickle in my throat, so I am currently sipping on the Throat Coat tea because that always soothes the discomfort for me. I was hesitant to try the throat coat at first because I am not a licorice fan and it does have a licorice taste. To me, the taste seems very mild and even though I don’t like licorice, I actually love this tea. Thank goodness, because these phone calls and presentations are not going to happen by themselves. I don’t know about you, but I hate trying to accomplish stuff like that when my throat is sore. To be on the safe side, I think I will probably also make myself a cup of the Breathe Easy later just to help promote clear sinuses..I hate the mouth breathing that comes with the crud. Yuck!

The older I get the more I have come to realize the benefits of plants for our health and that is one of my favorite things about Traditional Medicinal Teas. If you strive to live your life in a more natural way, you are going to love them too. We already talked about how the Throat Coat uses licorice, but it’s not the only one to use plants. They all do. You can see all of the ingredient lists and more at www.traditionalmedicinals.com.

I know that there are other teas out there that offer similar benefits, but as a tea drinker for the last 20+ years, I can honestly say that these teas are flavored better than the others and the convenience of being able to buy them on my regular trips to Walmart are just another reason I love them! The mild, delicious flavors and soothing benefits have provided me with comfort throughout many cold and flu seasons!

I love this brand of tea. We have a zillion (give or take a few) different versions so that no matter what ails us we have a tea to make it better. Love it, and love it is organic too!
