Only four ingredients needed for this amazing dessert! Oreos, butter, jam, and cool whip. That’s it! Make these personal size for a bigger impact at your next dinner party, or make it into a larger pie to share. Either way, Chocolate Raspberry Dream is a simple dessert that your guests and family will love – people will be asking for your secret!!
MINI CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY DREAMS
Ingredients:
10 Oreo cookies (with filling)
2 T Butter, melted
4 T Raspberry Jam
1 C Cool Whip
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Put cookies in a large freezer bag and smash to a fine crumb
3. Put crumbs in a bowl and add the melted butter. Mix until well incorporated
4. Spray small tartlet pans (or large muffin tin)
5. Divide the Oreo crumbs evenly between pans and press to pack down and firm
6. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely
7. Pop out the Oreo tart crust and spread ¼ cup of cool whip on each crust
8. Place 1 T of the jam on top of the cool whip
9. To garnish, place another dollop of cool whip and drizzle chocolate sauce on top
