What It Was Like To Be a Vanity Fair Lingerie Ambassador

I participated in an Ambassador Program on behalf of Influence Central for Vanity Fair Lingerie. I received product samples to facilitate my review and compensation to thank me for my participation.

As we wrap up 2015 and my six (6) month ambassadorship with Vanity Fair Lingerie, I wanted to take a look back and share what it was like to be a Vanity Fair Lingerie ambassador and to also share a recap of my overall experience.

If you were to ask me what my most memorable moment was as a Vanity Fair Linger ambassador, I’d tell you it was that time all the ambassadors got together in New York City to meet each other and experience the products firsthand (literally seeing, feeling, and learning all the benefits of their products). I hadn’t been to NYC in nearly a decade, and it was an enlightening and inspiring opportunity to experience the city again and meet such amazing bloggers.

There was also that time I learned so much about the charity I hold dear to my heart and have spent the last four years volunteering at locally here in Las Vegas, Dress For Success.

The whole #WomenWhoDo campaign has brought so much joy in the acts of kindness and giving that Vanity Fair Lingerie does with Dress For Success. I am a woman who does “her thing” – you know, independence, hard work, doing something meaningful in my life. Yes, that “thing” that pulls at your heart strings when you know you are doing something right and purposeful and that all the stars align. It’s so fulfilling to have the opportunity to partner with Vanity Fair Lingerie and Dress For Success. And this experience brought back so many memories of my past (and current) personal struggles as a working mom!

I’ve learned that lingerie is more than what’s underneath. It’s about self-confidence, personal image, personal appearance, how we perceive ourselves, and that I really didn’t know as much about bra-sizing, bra-fitting, and the science of finding the perfect bra for me until I worked with Vanity Fair Lingerie. They’ve taught me lingerie fashion tips that I can carry into my career as a style blogger for the rest of my life!

I’ve learned that the best and most favorite bra for me wasn’t a push-up bra, but instead a Beauty Back Bra from Vanity Fair Lingerie because it boosted my self-confidence when I saw how smooth my silhouette looked in a fitted dress wearing this bra! And I love the slight lift and support the underwire provides.

Working with a brand is truly about building relationships and believing in the product. But as I wrap up this experience with Vanity Fair Lingerie, I have built more than relationships, I’ve found new friendships, connected with other women I know understand me for me, and have found a new passion for the way I think and feel about lingerie.
