LAS VEGAS! You hold a special place in my heart, because I call you home. And I’m elated that Cricket Wireless added Las Vegas as one of the markets for the Go Positive Contest! I’ll be joining Cricket Wireless in the Las Vegas area to help encourage nominations in support of Cricket’s Go Positive Contest for Las Vegas residents! We’ll be tweeting during the event using the hashtags #GoPositiveLV and #STSA so be sure to hang out with us and use those hashtags for shoutouts!

Our children attend Clark County schools and I understand how important positivity plays in all schools from elementary to middle on up to high school. I was impressed with my son’s high school anti-bullying and cyber-bullying policies and all of the amazing, high caliber sports and academics programs they’ve got in place. We want the best for our children, and the privilege of a higher education should not be taken lightly.
Cricket Wireless wants to give 15 schools $1,000 each! Be sure to come meet me, say hello, and fill-out the quick nomination form to nominate your favorite school that encourages positive behavior! The contest ends on Sunday, October 11th at 11:59pm EST.

As the Spokesperson for Cricket Wireless’ Back To School “Go Positive” program, I’ll be announcing the winners in November! If you have not had a chance to nominate your school of choice, it’s not too late. The opportunity to award $1,000 to fifteen (15) schools and community organizations has extended to October 11!
So let’s help Cricket Wireless spread positivity by visiting your local Cricket Wireless store and nominating. Not only will we be helping create a more positive reputation for kids, we’ll help schools and organizations with their programs!

To enter, Cricket is inviting parents and community members to visit a participating Cricket Wireless store to submit their nomination in the following metro areas through September 30: District of Columbia; Houston, Texas; Chicago, Illinois; Los Angeles, California; Oakland, California; San Diego, California; New York City, New York; Miami, Florida; San Antonio, Texas; Dallas, Texas; Tucson, Arizona; Atlanta, Georgia; Detroit, Michigan; and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
