Just Strawberry Pie Recipe

Are you looking for that dessert everyone will keep talking about? If you love strawberries, this could be the one. It is made of almost entirely of strawberries so it includes very few ingredients and it is super easy to make. Everyone will be asking who made this homemade pie Strawberry Pie recipe. The best thing about this pie is you can make mini-sized personal pies all for yourself. It’s perfectly ok to indulge in a strawberry pie with mostly strawberries, right?

Ingredients 

1 1/2 quart of fresh strawberries

3/4 cup of sugar

3 tablespoons on corn starch

1 cup of water

1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust (6 mini ones or 1 large one)

Directions

1. Start by cutting up all your strawberries. Set aside one and half cups of cut strawberries and place the rest into a bowl.

2. Cook your one and half cups of strawberries down a little (or puree them in a blender). Mush them around in the pot and add in your water. Once heated, add in your sugar. When the mixture is nice and warm, turn to a simmer. Add in your corn starch and mix around. Turn off the heat and it should thicken right up. Then set that inside the fridge to cool a little.

3. Now get your pie crusts. I used 6 mini graham cracker pie crusts, but one large pie crust will work as well. Spoon a heaping amount of strawberries into your pie crusts.

4. Grab your pot from the fridge and spoon the cooked strawberries right on top of the strawberries in the pie crust, and you are done! Eat your pie right away or chill it to enjoy later!

Don’t forget to top it with some cool whip as well.
