Spend time planning meals in advance.  Not only will this give you extra time in the evenings to spend with your family, it will help you to maintain healthy eating habits.  When you menu plan or use things like freezer meals you can plan your healthier options in advance.  Being able to quickly throw a meal together will help you to not fall into bad convenience food habits.

Create a cleaning schedule and get everyone involved.  One drag on a busy moms time are the household chores.  One of the biggest health tips for busy moms you will find is to get more help around the house.  Not only does this free up time to take care of yourself, it shows others how much you have been doing for them.  Get the kids and your spouse involved in cleaning, laundry and basic chores.  Perhaps your budget would even allow hiring a housekeeper to come in once or twice a month to do heavy cleaning.  Your health is worth getting others involved.
