We scored finding this place! Hotel Angeleno was a great experience for my family and I. We love California and we try to visit at least once every two months, specifically Los Angeles and San Diego. We actually found Hotel Angeleno through Hotel Tonight. My husband and I are very particular about the hotels we stay at, so we always expect the worst and hope for the best. We were not disappointed. We got an awesome room, for an awesome price!
I really love the location. It’s along the 405 near Santa Monica and Downtown Los Angeles, so it’s very convenient to many of the main spots in Los Angeles, plus you can see the hotel from the freeway so it’s easy to find. So if you are in Los Angeles and you want to visit the beach, you’re not far from it. Want to check out Hollywood? You’re right by it!
This was our second stay at Hotel Angeleno and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. Upon arriving, we were taken of by the valet service at their beautiful entrance. One of the first things I noticed about the hotel was the design – the building is a tower, which I thought was a very interested design, and then inside the lobby. It was modern and trendy, exactly what we look for, especially in LA. When staying at a hotel, the first contact with staff pretty much sets the mood for the whole stay, the staff here did just that. They were friendly and helpful, so that made it very pleasant for us. And, even though we came in at a busy hour, they were quick to get us situated and into our rooms immediately.
The rooms were great! Very clean, just how I like it, and appreciate that it also had a contemporary theme. It was spacious for the family and we got a nice open view with a balcony. That night, we slept like babies, and the babies…slept like babies! Their beds we so comfortable it was hard to get up in the morning, but we got such a nice amount of sunlight in the room, that we got up to just enjoy being there.
Hotel Angeleno is definitely a great place to stay at for those visiting Los Angeles and surrounding areas. It’s a convenient location, a beautiful hotel with a friendly staff. We were well taken care of with all our needs and requests. My family and I will definitely be making plans to stay here for future visits.
