Here's a classy, delicious, and super easy recipe for Grand Orange Lady Finger Dessert
1 package Store-bought lady fingers
1/2 cup Orange marmalade
1/2 cup Grand Marnier
1 tablespoon orange zest
8 oz Mascarpone cheese
Using the paddle attachment on your mixer, whip the marscapone cheese until creamy. Beat in the marmalade and orange zest to make the filling.
Add the Grand Marnier to a shallow bowl.
To assemble the desserts, layout 4 small plates or bowls.
Put a tablespoonful of the filling to the bottom of your plate. Dip two lady fingers into the Grand Marnier (you don’t want them soaked), then place them on the filling. Spoon another tablespoon of filling on top of the lady fingers.
Now repeat the steps twice more, alternating the direction of the lady fingers and ending with a bit of filling on the top.
You want three layers of lady fingers when you’re done. Top the dessert with a dollop of whipped cream and a bit of orange zest for a beautiful presentation.
