When finding the best swimsuit for the petite, the objective is to elongate the body. The perfect suit is a two-piece bikini. Choose a top with long thin straps to elongate your neck. For the bottom choose a high-cut style to make your legs appear longer. As per color, stay away from dark hues because it will make you look smaller and thinner than you already are. Go for light spring and light summer colors like pink and yellow.

I find curvaceous women very beautiful and for me they define the word “sexy”. Sometimes I wish I lived in the past when curves were greatly appreciated than the skinny type. So how do you dress the “curvy” for the beach? Choose the parts of your body that you want to flaunt and the ones you want to hide. If you have big bust but still want to show a little cleavage, go for halter top pieces but with thick straps and underwire for support and “slip” prevention. For the bikini bottom, pick a piece that is high-waisted to conceal your tummy problems or a high-leg cut for a longer leg effect. To get the slimming effect, go for geometric patterns or choose bold colors but do not always stick to black.

It is summer and you are pregnant. So what? Gone were the days when expecting moms with a huge belly bump wouldn't be seen on the beach. Summer is for preggos too! What is the best swimwear style for the pregnant ladies? Tankinis. A tankini is basically a 2-piece suit (tank top + bikini bottom). As opposed to one-piece bikinis, a tankini smoothes out the outline of your body and flares out down to the hips. Also the separate bikini bottom makes it easier to take a pee in the bathroom because pregnant women go to the bathroom frequently.
And there you go! I hope these tips could help you find the right swimsuit to wear on the beach. Stay tuned for more fashion and beauty tips next week!
