Are you looking for a rich cupcake? Maybe you love cheesecake and brownies?! Well this is the recipe for you! You can have the best of both worlds, and it’s so rich. It’s so tasty you will want seconds. Hey make a morning snack out of it, why not?
1 box of brownie mix (Pillsbury)
Philadelphia Pre-made Cheesecake (Found in the yogurt, cream cheese isle, in a big tub)
1. Start by following the directions on your brownie box. You usually need some amount of egg, oil, and water. Each box is different, so be sure to follow them carefully. Then you’ll want to add an extra egg into the brownie batter and instead of water, use milk.
2. Dish the brownie mix just under half way into the cupcake liner. This should make about 24, depending on your servings. Then after the brownie batter is used, get your cheesecake and put about 1-2 tablespoons on top of the brownie batter in each cupcake liner.
3. Once those are all done, place in the oven at about 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Do follow the directions on your box, though, for cooking time. When you poke the cupcake with a toothpick and it comes out clean, they are done! Let it cool down before you enjoy.
I love placing them in the fridge and eating them cold with some milk.
