There is so much in life to celebrate and so much fun and adventurous memories to create – so why don’t we? It’s because we allow bad thoughts to stop us. Allstate recognizes the importance of having a good life, and although unpleasant situations will occur, this should not keep us from living our lives to the fullest.

Have you ever looked back and remember a time when you passed up a good opportunity because of fear and doubt, and now you wish you took the chance? Or are you now living a good life because you took a chance in the past by focusing on the good results rather than the bad? I can say yes to both. But now, I choose to live the good life, by simply choosing the good life.
My family and I have gone through some struggles in life. We were dealt cards that had unclear results, but we chose to take them with the confident expectancy that it will result in triumph and a good life for the whole family. We made a huge move from state-to-state, not because we had opportunities waiting for us, but because we wanted to create opportunities. Now we have reaped the benefits our our faith in good, and although it was far from easy, we look back and no doubt – it was worth it!
Now, we see the good not just in life changing events, but even in the simple moments of life. Dinner with the family, road trips with kids screaming in the back seat, and even with our careers and living a busy life, we consider everything as good. By celebrating life, and choosing joy over fear, life truly becomes something to celebrate rather than something to worry about. You start to do things your never would of imagine doing, and in the future, you will have so many wonderful memories to look back on and share with friends and family.
