Easy Crockpot Chili Recipe

¼ C. onion, chopped
1 15 oz can of kidney beans
2 tsp. chili powder
4-5 C. water
1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
1 16 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilis
1 10.75 oz can of tomato soup
1 6 oz can of tomato paste
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

#1. Brown and drain the ground beef and all all ingredients to the crockpot, including water. I like to start with about 4 cups of water and then add more if needed.

#2. Cook on low for 4-5 hours.

#3. Serve with diced onion, shredded cheese and crackers.

*Makes approximately 8 servings.
